If you wish to ban a user from accessing your website in any way, the best way to do this is to block their IP address.

1. Login to cPanel.
2. Locate and click on the "IP Deny Manager" icon located in the "Security" category.
3. Enter the IP address or IP address range that you wish to block.
4. Click "Add" and the IP address will now be blocked.
