Please include as much information as possible so we can review the report, identify the affected service and take appropriate action where necessary.
Information submitted in an abuse report is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

What to report
Use the abuse form where you believe Tudor Internet services are being used unlawfully, harmfully or in breach of our terms.
Fake login pages, credential theft, brand impersonation, scam websites or misleading content designed to trick users.
Malware, viruses, harmful downloads, compromised scripts, hacked websites or content that may harm visitors.
Unsolicited bulk email, abusive messages, spoofing, compromised mailboxes or mail sent from hosted services.
Misuse of a domain, hostname, website, hosting account, DNS record or related Tudor Internet service, including credible copyright or intellectual-property complaints.

Include the domain name, URL, hostname, IP address, email address or service reference involved.
Explain what you believe is happening, when you noticed it and why you believe it is abusive or harmful.
Attach screenshots, sample URLs, message examples, timestamps, logs or other evidence that supports the report.
For spam, phishing or email abuse, include the full email headers so we can review the source properly.
What happens next?
We review abuse reports and may investigate, contact the customer, restrict access, suspend services or take other appropriate action where necessary.
For privacy, security and legal reasons, we may not be able to provide detailed updates about the outcome of an abuse investigation.
If there is immediate danger, serious criminal activity or risk to life, contact the relevant emergency service or law enforcement authority first.
Domain disputes
If your concern is about who owns a .uk domain name, trade mark rights, or whether a .uk domain registration is abusive, this may need to be handled through Nominet’s Dispute Resolution Service rather than our abuse reporting route.
We can explain the route, but we cannot decide ownership or trade mark disputes between third parties.
